The New Phase!

Extremely sorry for disappearing with no posts and no updates. But, now that I am back there is plenty to talk about:) As, mentioned in my previous post I have shifted to Bangalore and trying to settle myself with the new environment, work and faces. Well yes, this was the only reason that kept me away from blogging. From finding a place to stay to get adjusted with work schedule and culture, helping myself to get back home to showing that extra enthusiasm at work. All this kept me busy all this while. For now, that I am well adjusted the first thing that comes to my head is to update the blog:) Makes me real happy and excited. So talking about this new job, it is amazing and I simply love it. The people around are quiet a support and helping me  to get accustomed here. Oh did I  mention about the accommodation, I am staying in one of the most amazing place in Bangalore - Indiranagar. The area is surrounded with best possible places with hundreds of dining and drinking options, in addition the best hub to shoppe. Basically, I am quiet enjoying the stay and new phase in the city Bangalore.
Sadly, I have found no time for the outfit post though but hello I do have something to offer you with:) A few pictures clicked while going out to my favorite place Aqua before landing Bangalore! Hope you like it!!!

I am wearing:
Skirt: Tailor made
Tank: River Island
Top, Shoes, Bag : Thrifted

Hope you all enjoyed reading the post as much as I enjoyed writing it.
So, with a happy note all you lovely people there take care and have a good weekend:)

The Valentine Week!

Last few days have been absolutely mad and full of entertainment. Well, I am back to my normal life after a vacation of 10 whole days and I am just not liking it. However, I and Mr. A never believed in Valentine's Day, the entire concept of showing that extra love or exchanging gifts on that one day was a little too much for us to handle. We asked that one question to each other every year on this occasion, why so much love and confession to it on this specific day. No offense but just strange. Anyways as most of you know that I was in Kolkata last week for medical stuff without the knowledge that it was "The Valentine" week, until my little cousin gave me a huge bar of chocolate and said Happy Chocolate day. I laughed and said chocolate day she replied, didn't you know it's the V week going on and aren't you here for the same reason. Woh! Hold on girl, It was just a co - incidence and actually thinking about it I was really excited (it's good to do things you never did) to spend the exclusive "V" week with him! So, the week obviously was not turned into romantic Dinners or Vacation but it definitely bought in lots of laughter, get together, and love with all the loved ones around.
As, the week drew to end and not so purposely on the "V Day" we came to Gangtok. The weather was really ill treating and did not allow me to take him around, so I and my friends ganged in for the actual fun. The warmth of Born fire with delicious Barbeque and house music made it the Best Valentine's ever! After all, its about spending time with people you love irrespective to who it is! Right!
Ok, I did not get dressed for the occasion due to ridiculously bad weather but there are loads of OOTD from the week! Have a look at the pictures from the Dinner at "AQUA" for now. A place I need to visit in kolkata!

I am wearing:

Dress- Mango
Shoes- Local Market
Bag - Gifted

So, what do you think of the dress for Pre- Valentine Dinner ;-) The dress gives me an absolute Victorian feeling with the best part of having a scarf  knot!
Do share your experiences too! And lots and lots of more posts to come, stay updated!

City of Joy!

Hello everyone! I am back from the city of joy "kolkata". After a week of too many activities in kolkata I am back to hills and just not liking the weather. It's chilling and I am wrapped up in my comforter. For, most of the people kolkata doesn't sound very interesting but, the city is full of surprises for me on my every visit. I have special bonds with the place and strings attached to it of several reasons. The reason for my visit to the city now was health, had an appointment with the doctor. Apart that, moving across the streets to jump on delicious variety of street food with incredible line of produce and exceptional quality in addition to street shopping with that is always fun! Kolkata is known for it, and is highly recommended!
Because I love kolkata and visited the city after 3 whole months, there had to be a Toast. And when its a toast it has to be "Aqua" located in the The Park! Aqua is one of the best places in town, and absolutely makes my day and get me smiling through out. The place holds quiet a lot of emotions to me and Akshay, this is definitely our place. The place offers quiet a defined menu with International flavors, Hookah's, grilled delicacies, much organised seating plan and Bartender's at their best. The evening could not have been any better than this. Thank you Manch:-)
For now, I am missing Kolkata too much and freezing out in this weather! You guys, be warm and enjoy the love around you!
